The position is suitable for candidates looking for a stable, structured role with clear expectations, rather than a commission-driven sales environment.

What your future business day could look like

  • The position focuses on supporting existing business customers in the Swedish logistics market.
  • Daily work consists of regular contact with assigned accounts and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
  • Customer conversations mainly cover current transport requirements, contract-related topics and general service questions.
  • Within existing accounts, additional needs are identified and appropriate logistics solutions are introduced when relevant.

Work is structured and KPI-based, with clearly defined processes and responsibilities.
The role is office-based in Berlin and carried out as part of an international team.

Your profile

  • Initial experience in sales, customer service or a role with regular customer contact
  • Confidence in phone-based communication
  • A structured and reliable way of working
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow established processes
  • Language skills:
    • Swedish at native level (C2)
    • English at a professional working level (C1)
    • German is not required
